How to Order / Sizing Info
We make all of our items to order here at Bippin's Boutique; this is so that we can ensure nothing goes to waste, and also because it means we can make every item completely customizable!
We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, however, as everything is made to order please do be aware processing times can take up to 3 weeks. If your order is urgent, please drop us an email at info@bippinsboutique.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Set sizes
We do have some set sizes available; this option means that if your pup is a similar size to one of our lovely ambassadors, then you can purchase a jumper in their size without the need to send measurements of your own. Just pick your size and colours and go straight to ordering!
Snoods
If you are ordering a snood, we ask for your pet's neck circumference if you would like the item made to size, however if you don't send a measurement then we will send out a snood made to our generic sizes.
Snood sizes are based on your pet's neck circumference. Please see below:
Extra Small - Up to 30cm neck
Small - 30 - 39cm neck
Medium - 40cm - 49cm neck
Large - 50cm - 59cm neck
Extra Large - 60cm+ neck
When ordering matching human and pet snoods, the human snoods are a set size of approximately 57cm circumference. If you need an alternative size, please let us know prior to ordering. The size choices shown on the item listing are the size of your pet's snood.
Custom jumpers
If you would like a custom jumper, we do ask for a few measurements. Please note, wiggle room is taken into account when making the garments, so the measurements should be your dog's size - if you measure with extra room, the jumper will end up a bit baggy.
We recommend taking a look at the graphics below which give a bit more explanation into our measurements before sending yours in, and popping us a message if need any further clarification.
The measurements that we receive will be used to make the item custom to your dog's size however, certain sections such as the length of the neck will be made appropriately according to the size requested unless previously agreed. We are always happy to chat about an order if you have any specific requirements - every part of the jumpers is customisable so if you have an idea, just ask!
Top tips when measuring your dog:
- If you have a longer haired dog, please let us know so that we can take this into account - Feel free to send us a pic at info@bippinsboutique.co.uk or via DM on social media, this can help gauge how much extra room is needed (plus, we love seeing your pups!)
- Measure your dog standing up - if they’re extra wiggly, you might need a second person to help! A lickimat can also be very helpful to keep your dog occupied while you measure them
- If you want a longer jumper to cover your dog’s hips etc. then just measure the length you would like and make sure to let us know
The price of our jumpers are based on the chest circumference measurement. Please see below:
Small - Up to 55cm chest
Medium - 56-75cm chest
Large - 76cm + chest
For a custom item, the measurements we ask for are:
Length - this should be from the base of the neck/between the shoulder blades to the base of the tail
Neck - the circumference of your pet's neck
Chest - the circumference of your pet's chest at the deepest part
Height - this should be between the shoulder blades to the floor, unless you would like a specific sleeve length and then please measure to where you want the sleeve to end, but do make sure to let me know if this is the case
